The Palace at Home is a Medicare-certified home health agency based at 10850 SW 113th Place in Miami. It is a subsidiary of The Palace senior living group and is licensed by the state of Florida as a home health agency (license HHA 299991072). It is not a residential community: its nurses, therapists and aides come to the patient's home.

Services include skilled nursing by registered and licensed practical nurses, such as wound care, medication management and IV therapy; physical, occupational and speech therapy; home health aides; and medical social work. The agency says it is accredited by The Joint Commission.
